DGX Spark is NVIDIA's smallest DGX system: a 150 x 150 x 50.5 mm desktop unit weighing about 1.2 kg, built around the GB10 Grace Blackwell superchip. CPU and GPU share one 128 GB pool of LPDDR5x memory, so developers can load and fine-tune models far larger than a typical graphics card can hold.
