The Lenovo ThinkSystem Broadcom 57454 10GBASE-T 4-port PCIe Ethernet Adapter (4XC7A08245) puts four 10 Gb copper ports on a single PCIe 3.0 x8 card. It is based on the Broadcom BCM57454 four-port controller and is aimed at servers that need many 10 Gb links over RJ45 cabling.
Each port supports 10GBASE-T and 1000BASE-T, so it can work with both 10 Gb and gigabit switches. Cat6a or Cat7 cable supports 10 Gb/s up to 100 m, and Cat6 up to 55 m.

A full-height bracket is fitted and a low-profile bracket is included. With four ports on one card, it can separate management, storage, migration and VM traffic while using only one slot. The card carries a one-year warranty, or takes on the server's warranty when installed in a supported Lenovo server.
