The Lenovo 90Y9430 is a 3-metre passive direct-attach copper cable terminated with SFP+ connectors, the standard way to wire 10Gb Ethernet ports on Lenovo ThinkSystem servers and storage to a nearby switch.
It appears in the supported-cable tables of many Lenovo 10/25GbE adapters under feature code A1PJ, so it is a safe default when you need a 10G copper link that reaches across a rack or into the neighbouring one. Like all passive DACs it needs no transceivers and draws almost no power.
