The GIGABYTE R183-S96-AAV1 packs twelve front-loading 2.5" hot-swap bays into a single rack unit, each able to take a Gen5 NVMe, SATA or SAS-4 drive. NVMe lanes are split six per processor, keeping storage traffic balanced across both CPUs.
It takes two 5th or 4th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors (or Xeon CPU Max Series) at up to 350W and provides 32 DDR5 DIMM slots across eight channels per socket.
