The Broadcom P2100G (BCM957508-P2100G) is a dual-port 100 Gb Ethernet adapter for servers that need high bandwidth to the network or to remote storage. It plugs into a PCIe 4.0 x16 slot and is driven by Broadcom's BCM57508 controller.
Both QSFP56 cages accept QSFP56, QSFP28 or QSFP+ optics and copper direct-attach cables, with support for 50G PAM-4, 25G NRZ and 10G NRZ signalling. That flexibility helps when a site is moving between switch generations.

Maximum power is about 17 W with passive DAC cables and 22 W with optics, and the card is rated for 0 to 55 °C operation. A standard-height bracket is fitted, with a low-profile option.
