Shipping Policy

Last updated Oct 9, 2026

In short: every order ships and arrives within 7–15 business days of payment. Shipping costs USD 200 per unit to every destination, there is no free-shipping threshold, every shipment is tracked, and every international order ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — the tax shown at checkout is all you pay, with nothing more on delivery.

1. Processing time

Orders are packed, dispatched and delivered within 7–15 business days after your payment is confirmed. Cryptocurrency orders are processed once the payment has been verified. Special orders and configured systems can take longer; if so, we tell you before you pay or as soon as we know.

2. Carriers, costs and delivery times

We ship with established express and postal carriers, chosen according to the destination and the size and weight of the shipment. Shipping costs USD 200 for each unit in the order — two units cost USD 400, and so on — wherever it is going. There is no free-shipping threshold, and the total is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery takes 7–15 business days in total, depending on the destination and on customs clearance. Delays caused by customs, carriers or events outside our control can extend it; if that happens, we keep you informed.

3. Tracking

When your order ships, we email you the carrier and tracking number. You can also follow it from Account → Orders or on the track your order page with your order number and email address. Orders shipped in several parcels have one tracking number per parcel.

4. International shipping, customs and duties

We ship to many countries, and every international shipment is sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): the tax shown at checkout is included in what you pay, and we pay the import duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees at the destination, so nothing is collected from you on delivery. Consignments to the EU worth up to EUR 150 are declared under the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS). Each shipment carries a commercial invoice stating its true value and contents; we cannot mark goods as gifts or declare a lower value.

Some equipment — for example radio devices, encryption-capable network equipment or power supplies — may require local certification, registration or an import licence in your country. Please check your local rules before ordering. If a shipment is refused, abandoned or cannot be cleared through customs, the refund is reduced by the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost and any duties or charges we incur. We cannot ship to destinations or recipients restricted by U.S. export control or sanctions laws (see our terms of service).

5. Heavy, bulky and rack-mounted equipment

Servers, storage arrays, racks and large orders may ship in several parcels, possibly on different days, or by freight on a pallet. For freight deliveries we, or the carrier, will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. Freight is normally delivered to the kerb or the ground-floor loading area; inside delivery, lift-gate or installation services are not included unless agreed in writing. Please make sure someone is available to receive the goods and has suitable access and equipment to move them.

6. Delivery address

Please enter a complete and accurate address, including the company name and a phone number the carrier can use to reach you. Some carriers cannot deliver express or freight shipments to PO boxes or forwarding addresses. Address changes are only possible before the order is dispatched — contact us as soon as possible. Re-delivery or address correction fees charged by the carrier because of an incorrect or incomplete address are payable by you.

7. Damaged, lost or missing parcels

Inspect your delivery when it arrives. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt or refuse the parcel if you can, take photos, and keep all packaging. Report damage or missing items within 7 days of delivery through our contact form or by email, with your order number and photos.

If tracking stops updating for several business days, or shows a parcel as delivered that you have not received, contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, once it confirms the loss or damage, ship a replacement or refund you. See also our returns and refund policy.
